We use a flat rate next day courier for deliveries because they are consistent and well priced. We will endeavour to keep costs down where we can by consolidating your deliveries into a single package, thereby keeping your delivery costs to a minimum. Where this is not possible and items need to follow up, we will cover the costs of the additional items as best we can unless you are otherwise notified
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.
We use a carrier where we can to minimise losses to us and yourself. It may seem a little more than some places but it ensures a smooth transaction between us and yourselves.
NOTICE: Where DPD tracking information is sent to you and you make changes to the delivery, (for example but not limited to... "please leave with neighbour, please leave outside in porch etc etc") ALL responsibility for the goods is on you "the customer who gave their own instructions to the courier". The service we send is a Signed for Service. Any changes subsequent to this delivery passes all liability and responsibility of the goods sent to you & DPD. Badger 5 Ltd will not be liable for any losses or reimbursements where delivery amendments have been made by the customer.
