Calibration Details

Genuine Bosch OE pressure sensor suitable for fuel and oil pressure measurement applications.

M10 x 1 thread. Can be used as supplied or with a suitable adapter for 1/8" NPT installations.

Operating Principle

This Bosch pressure sensor uses a silicon piezoresistive sensing element to measure fluid pressure and provides a linear analogue voltage output for use with OEM and aftermarket engine management systems. The sensor is designed for use with a regulated 5V supply and produces a ratiometric output proportional to pressure.

Potential iECU Connections

The example below uses the factory MAF wiring after converting to MAFLESS operation on a Seat Leon Cupra R (1M). Other ECU inputs may also be suitable depending on your installation. Always verify wiring colours, ECU pin numbers and vehicle wiring diagrams before making any modifications.

Example wiring for Seat Leon Cupra R (1M):

Pin 1   5V Supply > Pin 4   Red/Purple > Pin 27
Pin 2   Sensor Ground > Pin 3   Green > Pin 53
Pin 3   Signal Output > Pin 5   Black > Pin 29

Note: Bosch part number 026154403H is the current replacement for Bosch 0261230414. The wiring configuration shown above is intended for Bosch 10 Bar OE pressure sensors using this connector style. Always verify wiring before installation.

Typical ECU Scaling

  • 0.50 V = 0.00 Bar (0 PSI)
  • 4.50 V = 10.00 Bar (145 PSI)

The above scaling is the commonly used linear calibration for Bosch 10 Bar analogue pressure sensors. Always verify calibration against your ECU configuration and application.
