Enclosure & Build:
CNC-machined aluminium enclosure with IP65 rating ensures durability, water resistance, and excellent heat dissipation. A dedicated mounting hole, sealed USB connector, and MAP sensor port simplify installation.

PCB & Components:
Features a 4-layer SMD PCB with moisture-protective coating, vibration resistance, and automotive-grade components. Assembled to IPC-S-815A standards with optical inspection, the ECU operates reliably from -40°C to 105°C (AECQ-100 Grade 2).

Inputs & Sensors:

• Analogue Inputs: Two additional analog inputs vs regular EMU, each with software-selectable pull-up/down for signal sharing with OEM ECUs. CLT/IAT inputs use 2200Ω pull-ups, software-disabled if needed.

• Switch Inputs: Three digital switch inputs for strategy activation via sensor ground.

• Trigger Inputs: Primary, CAM#1, CAM#2, and VSS inputs with selectable pull-up/down (4700Ω, 1000Ω, 820Ω), analogue filter, and VR/HALL configuration. CAM inputs allow RPM-based voltage thresholds for noise immunity.

• Flex Fuel: Dedicated input for Flex Fuel sensors.

Outputs & Control:

• Ignition: Supports active and passive coils, including two active coils per output; compatible with mixed coil setups.

• H-Bridge: Dual high-current H-bridges (6A continuous) replace standard stepper outputs for precise control of steppers, VANOS, electronic throttle, and solenoids.

• DBW (Electronic Throttle): High-current H-bridges with improved strategy (double update rate, 1–8kHz PWM) allow precise throttle control. Redundant processors provide safety limp mode.

• AUX Outputs: Built-in flyback circuitry for PWM solenoids; no external diodes needed.

• Wideband O2: Supports Bosch LSU 4.2 and 4.9 sensors.

Power & CAN:

• Separate +5V regulator for sensors with two dedicated +5V output terminals.

• Fixed 12V input powers ECU and flyback circuits; switched 12V enables on/off control.

• Three isolated sensor ground terminals simplify wiring.

• CAN bus with selectable 120Ω terminator; also supports separate serial communication.

Connectors:

• Black 39-pin and grey 24-pin connectors; grey matches standard EMU layout, black allows easy repinning from regular EMU.

Software:
Enhanced configuration software with improved hierarchy and navigation makes setup intuitive and efficient.
