Why Injector Testing Matters More Than Ever

Unlike older manifold injection systems, GDI injectors operate at extremely high pressures – often between 75 and 200 bar – injecting fuel directly into the combustion chamber in milliseconds.

Modern engine management systems can adjust fuel trims by up to 15%, but here’s the important part:

Fuel trims compensate for a problem — they do not fix poor spray distribution or atomisation.
