Installation

Designed for heavily modified 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines, this upgrade addresses the limitations of the factory high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP), which can struggle to maintain rail pressure at higher power levels and may cause midrange fuel cuts.

Replaces the internal pump components responsible for fuel pressurisation, increasing flow capacity and improving pressure stability for high-output applications. Manufacturing tolerances are extremely tight, with critical interfaces verified using CMM inspection and air-volume metrology. The piston-to-sleeve clearance is engineered to microscopic precision and must be handled with care to avoid surface damage.

Important Note Do not install into a pump immediately after engine removal. Thermal differences between components may cause internal binding or seizing.
