AIRTEC Motorsport EA888 Gen 3 cooling and boost pipe bundle for MQB platform vehicles, designed for high-power applications (400 bhp+), including turbo conversions. Package combines intercooler upgrade and big boost pipe kit for improved charge air cooling and airflow efficiency.

Intercooler Upgrade
60mm core intercooler with high-flow cast end tanks, increasing surface area, efficiency, and volume over OEM. Direct fit behind standard bumper with no trimming or modification required, compatible with OEM hoses. Dyno testing shows significant intake air temperature reduction versus stock, improving power consistency under repeated load conditions.

Big Boost Pipe Kit
Designed to replace OEM restrictive charge pipes on MQB EA888.3 engines. Features mandrel-bent hard pipework with enlarged internal diameters to reduce restriction and improve airflow.

• 63mm hot-side pipework to maintain air velocity and reduce turbo lag on high-power setups
• 70mm cold-side pipework to maximise airflow and volume at the throttle body
• Supplied with full silicone hose set (Pro Hoses) including turbo outlet to hot-side connection
• Direct OEM replacement fitment with improved clearance and performance

Overall system increases airflow efficiency, reduces charge temperatures, and supports higher power output and consistency on tuned and turbocharged applications.
